Film Scans

The more I get into photography the more I want to learn. I recently decided it’s important for me to learn how to shoot using film. For Christmas Ryan found me an old rangefinder camera and I’ve been playing around with it. It cost about $30 but I love what I’ve been able to learn from shooting with film so far. We have a scanner so I have been scanning them myself rather than sending them off to a lab to get them done. It is such an exciting process waiting to see the end results. I thought I would share a few of my favorites from my first few rolls of film.

  6. Hi! Beautiful work! I have recently been delving into film as well– it is a practice in patience, for sure! Did you start with any specific kinds of film? I am looking at purchasing some Fuji 160 or Kodak Portra but was just curious if you had found a film you like yet?

  7. Very nice pics! I like the atmosphere.
Feel free to check out my blog. Thanks :)
